NIGHT DISCHARGE

Nightfall or wet dream is the automatic ejaculation of semen while asleep. It often occurs with erotic dreams but may also happen without them. Occasional nocturnal emission (twice or thrice a month) is normal, but frequent nightfall needs medical attention and proper treatment.
